FAQ for Group Leaders

How much does it cost to book an event at Adventure Ocoee?

Our rates will vary based on a number of factors such as which facilities you would like to use, how many nights you will be staying, how many people will be staying, how many activities are you doing, how many meals you will be eating with us, etc. For that reason, the best way for us to give you a quote is by contacting us and helping us with what you have in mind for your event.

Can I bring my Church group to Adventure Ocoee?
Yes! Church groups are our specialty. We would love you to bring a group from your church to Adventure Ocoee. Whether it be a youth group, your small group, senior adults, women, the church staff or any other type of group you’d like to get together, we would love to host you!
What Amenities are provided by Adventure Ocoee?

Please refer to the “what to bring to camp” list provided. Basic toiletries are not provided. We do not have televisions or phones in the units. All Lodges have fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. Limited and smaller lodges have full kitchens equipped with ovens, stoves, and kitchen sinks. Water coolers can be provided in a limited number, so it is always encouraged for groups to bring their own to assure there is plenty of access to water. Towels are not provided. All units have toilet paper, trash bags, center pull towels, and hand soap.

For more specific information or request during your stay, please contact your event leader or give us a call at (423) 338-9575.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate all food allergies and special diets as long as we know about them in advance. Our Food Service department is experienced in serving those with food allergies as well as special diets such as vegetarian, and gluten-free, and they will work with you to determine the best way to serve you during your stay. Please make sure to let your event leaders know well in advance of your trip so that Adventure Ocoee can make sure to be prepared. Feel free to contact us directly for specific questions and answers. (423) 338-9575.

Do you allow pets?

No, unfortunately due to liabilities, and allergies we do not allow pets. Service dogs are allowed as defined by the ADA, but Adventure Ocoee must be notified in advance.

Do you have internet access at Adventure Ocoee?
Yes, but it is limited to the main office, dining facilities, and the two large pavilions. No lodging units have internet access. Passcodes for WiFi are available to only event leaders, and can be obtained from them. This way we can keep bandwidth down for the media teams of the events.
Will my cell phone get reception at Adventure Ocoee?
Yes, but the only major cell phone service provider that does get steady, strong signals are from Verizon. In many of the cabins, service is spotty, but can obtain stronger signals outside of the units.
Do you have handicap accessible rooms at Adventure Ocoee?
Yes, we do have a limited number of ADA handicap rooms that are dispersed throughout our lodging facilities. If you are in need of a handicap room for your stay, please let us know when booking or making your reservations if you are an event leader. If you are not an event leader, please notify the event leader as early as possible. If you are not necessarily in need of a handicap room but have walking difficulties, please specify this as well so we can work to best accommodate your needs.
